Jigme is a seasoned hospitality professional with a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from the prestigious Royal Institute of Tourism and Hospitality (2011). With a commitment to continuous learning, he has completed specialized Tour Leader Training with Explore Worldwide in London and several other programs with Yangphel Adventure Travel including the First Responders Course by NOLs from USA.

A passionate photographer, Jigme also leads photography groups, capturing the beauty of diverse landscapes and cultures. During the pandemic, he volunteered with the DSP - Desuung Skilling Program, a Royal initiative, where he played a key role in managing the advanced cultural guide course.

An active advocate for environment & sustainability, Jigme founded a refurbishing and recycling unit to combat waste and promote eco-conscious practices. In his free time, he volunteers at the animal shelters and aspires to establish one in the future to care for the vulnerable animals.
